This program is designed to give the stu¬ dent training for further military service. Every male student on campus must participate in this program of a class period twice weekly and drill every Tues¬ day afternoon. Standing in attention is the ROTC Color Guard (shown above). Below the Keathley Rifles are practicing one of their outstanding per¬ formances. 15

Classes and laboratories are seen in the Cameron dairy barn (upper left), Jed Johnson Hall, (upper right), and the biological science building (lower right). The barn contains Grade A dairy and milk processing equipment. Jed Johnson Hall houses classrooms for the electronics and journalism de¬ partments. Students attend one of the dances held in the student union ballroom. Such activities are sponsored throughout the year by vari¬ ous clubs centered on campus. Plays, lectures, recitals, and guest entertainers, along with bonfires and ball-games help to round out Cameron’s extracurricular activities.

Dianne Freeman, 1964-65 homecoming queen, is escorted off the football field by E. H. Barman, student body president. Miss Freeman was crowned by Barman during half-time of the Aggie homecoming game with Northeastern A and M. She was chosen by the student body over other queen candidates.
