LTC Charles R. White Assistant Headmaster Col. White works hard on maintaining a good reputation of CMA. For the past eighteen years Colonel White has served as the Assistant Headmaster and Senior Army Instructor. He taught Leadership Development 3 and 4, which is a class that develops future leaders by teaching them the principles and techniques of leadership. Besides developing the leaders of tomorrow, he has done a great deal to make Camden Military Academy what it is today. He has a special concern for each cadet and each cadet’s welfare at school. He consults cadets about their problems and helps them to resolve any that they may have. Colonel White has served in two wars: World War Two as an enlisted man in the United States Marine Corps and as an Army Officer in Korea. He is a highly decorated soldier and has attended several army leadership schools in his career. Colonel White has a great deal of experience in leadership and manage- ment of personnel. However, this year he will be retiring from Camden Military Academy. With him will go his valuable lead- ership and, more important, the friend that we all have in Colo- nel White. 3 On the phone again, speaking to parents
