FALL-IN The cadet corps assembles. Just as each dress parade starts with fall-in of the cadet corps, every organization in society begins with, is organized by, and revolves around people. Each military review blends old and new in an unvar- ying sequence of events. The age-old spectacle is unique, as is every incoming cadet. He mixes with old boys to form the cadet battalion. As the formed-up troops mold together and perform the movements of a dress parade, so the corps of ca- dets fall-in and work together in unison, a constantly replenishing and blending of human resources.
