Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps Senior commissioned officers make up the battalion review board, which evaluates and makes recommendations for pro- motion within the corps of cadets. Their jobs take much of their time and energy and their experiences here at the Academy will aid them in future endeavors. Senior Commissioned Officers: Company Commander of C Company, Cadet CPT Robert Anglin; Company Commander of A Company, Cadet CPT John Boltin; Battalion Executive Officer, Cadet MAJ Greg Bruce; Battalion Command- er, Cadet LTC Peter Adelman; Company Commander of Band Company, Cadet CPT Edward Garbade; Company Commander of B Company, Cadet CPT Royce Warlick. Commissioned officers comprise the Officer Corps of Camden Military Academy. Their responsibilities range from command of an individual platoon to staff responsibilities of the Adjutant and JROTC departments. An officer is distinguished by his gold hatband, maroon sash, and sword. Cadet Officers: Wells, Whittle, Owens, Garbade, Barth, Boltin, Blank, Wartick, Garner, Fincher, Watts, Wallace, Adelman, Bentson, Davis, Anglin, Cato, Oliver, Swager, Ballard and Bruce. The cannon detail is responsible for the retreat ceremony every evening and the formal retreat at the weekly battalion parade. Between firing of the cannon and lowering of the flag, these cadets are kept busy. Cannon detail: Cadet 1SG Alberto Aviles; Cadet MSG Glenn Cottle; Cadet CPL Miguel Irias. 20
