COL. JAMES T. DALLAS We would like to take this opportunity to express our gratitude to Colonel James T. The character and honor of the cadet is held above all things. It is the task and duty of these officers to weigh in the balance, questions brought up when a cadet’s honor has been impaired. 45 COMMISSIONED OFFICERS The making of a Commissioned Officer begins when a boy walks through the gate. The goal of becoming a Commissioned Officer is the result of his training and appraisement. We can’t emphasize enough the Commissioned Officer’s duty to guide and be a good example to the Cadets who must follow him. 46 DRESS PARADE AND DRILL 47 THOMAS E. CHAPMAN PERRY D. COX, JR.
