As the past four years of our lives come to a close, we, the seniors of Camden High School, want to extend our thanks to an individual who has led our class to one of the greatest moments that we will ever encounter - our graduation from high school. Mrs. Cream - you are that individual. You are the person who has shown us the paths to success. You have taken a tremendous burden upon your shoulders, and have successfully given us the strength to carry our own. Indeed, the burden is a difficult one, but without your guidance we would not have been able to travel down these paths. As the future leaders of tomorrow we can be confident that those who will come after us in Camden High School will benefit from your experience, for we know that you will continue to enrich the lives of Camden High's students. Mrs. Cream, we, the people of Camden High School, sincerely thank you for your profound devotion to us and the fruitful experiences you have provided for us. The Class Of 1977

To the Members of the Graduating Class of 1977: After four years, filled with many pleasant memories and happy associations, you have reached a pinnacle of your life where many important decisions must be made relative to your lifels ambitions. Some of you will go to institutions of higher learning and others will go into the business world. Whatever your choices, it is my fondest desire that the memory of Camden High will remain with you forever. I hope that you will remember the friendships and joyous occasions that you have with your classmates and the teachers. The worst alternative is to fail to go beyond high school, for in the ranks of the unemployed, those with only a high school education are second only to those without a high school education. Men and women with no education beyond high school also tend to end up in dead-end jobs with no real hope of moving up the employment ladder. This is true whether they work in business, industry, the armed forces or civil government jobs. More importantly, if you elect to stop your formal education with high school, you will be making one of the most far- reaching, self-limiting decisions of your lives. You will be denying yourselves the personal development that an investment in a sound college assures - the person- al development that cannot be taken away and that will permanently change your values, your tastes, your literacy, your view of life and your capacity to enjoy it. Remember, life offers you no guarantees, no certainties. The best you can do is to place the most important bets of your lives especially those concerning your education, on those options that seem to hold chances for the greatest rewards. It has been my pleasure to have been your Principal for four years and my wish for you is that you use all of your energies to assist in making the world a better place for all of us. A host of warmest wishes! May the years ahead bring happiness beyond your expectations. Yours in humanity, Qiwfdw Riletta L. Cream Principal
