Through student conferences the staff tries to help students relate positively to the school and its policies. A sympathet- ic ear and sound advice is available to students in an attempt to aid them in resolving their difficulties. Students are urged to involve themselves in construc- tive activities within the school. Only as a last resort is discipline action taken in the effort to effect behavior modifica- tion. if
