The achievements of Camden High School, since be- fore the turn of the century, can be likened in many ways to the glorious civilizations of Ancient Greece and Rome when they were at the height of their power. We have gained wide-spread recognition for our accomplishments in many fields and are looked upon as leaders. Let us not succumb to the temptations of internal moral decay which preceded the fall of these ancient civilizations. Rather, let us be constantly alert to the inherent dangers of apathy and keep pressing ever forward to keep our school and our country great. Sincerely yours, CHESTER V. Since then, they have been adapted to our present way of life and are quite evident in our own community of Camden High School. Just as these contributions created a way of life for the Greeks and Romans they have made Camden High best. Continue to build upon the founda- tions which you have promoted here, and the influence of this community will always be with you. These accomplish- ments helped make their empires best. Our school has traditionally made contributions to lead the way for other schools.
