a :ifu enf hlfe a piece 0 .4cu lnfure murif de mo! ec! info a ini.4Aecl worl' ofarf As a sculptor molds a statue. so the teachers, classes. activities and outside influences help shape the student as an individual. When a student enters Camden High School as a sophomore he is similar to an unmolded piece of clay. During the process of his change from rookie to junior the piece of clay begins to take form. When Iune of the sophomore year rolls around the new student begins to realize the wonderful opportunities that are available to him. By the time the Iunior year has rolled around, the unmolded piece of clay is beginning to take definite form. In fact. some of the features are already visible. These features take form during the participation in the various extra-curricular activities, as well as in the regular classroom work. Finally. the culmination of all hopes and aims is reached when the student begins his senior year. By this time. the molding is practically done, except for the finishing touches which come in the next eight or nine months. At graduation the molding is fi.nished, perfect from head to toe. The students are strong and erect and ready for the world. Some will continue their education. while others will go right into that field which interests them most. The peak of a student's career at the castle is met at graduation. Present are the proud sculptors. the parents and teachers. bursting with pride for they have truly turned out a beautiful work of art: the finished product, the graduate. - .' .A . -' -'. . :'.. ..- '... -- !
