Scattered throughout the halls of Camden High School can be found the class of 1956. Timid and bewildered upon first entering the doors of our castle, the rising young sophomore class soon adjusted itself to the friendly and inspiring atmosphere found within. They im- mediately took part in cheering Camden High School to victory in our various athletic contests and proving themselves able and loyal students. In their studies they were also just as able with many of them making the honor roll at the close of the first marking period. Under the direction of President George Wade, assisted by Bernadette Gabriel together with Secretary Helen Robinson and Treasurer Leonard Boreski, the juniors have certainly proved their ability in choosing capable officers. These juniors are to be commended on their fine record scholastically as well as socially and athletically. They have taken their place in the Castle by contributing members to the National Honor Society, together with athletics and the talent circle. The fine efforts put forth in their endeavors were highly recognized. This class has quality, and that is what it takes to be successful in all walks of life. The junior class, under the faculty supervision of Miss lane Kittie and Miss Mabel E. Lewis, will be more than ready to step into the limelight of senior leadership. IR.
