JOHN S. RAY To Mr. John S. Ray, the mem- bers of the Class of 1952 respect- fully dedicate this issue of the Vocationalist. For 23 years Mr. Ray served the school well. 'As Assistant Director he inspired and guided both faculty and student body from the school's inception, through its growing pains, un- til it ranked among the foremost schools of the country. He pos- sesses a keen knowledge of the problems of both student and teacher: he likes his fellow men and is admired by them. In his retirement he will not be forgotten. Memories of his in- tegrity, his sense of justice and fair play, and his sympathetic understanding of our frailties will linger with us.
