Text from Pages 1 - 104 of the 1962 volume:

KNAPP Campbell In your happy hours of merriment, stop for a few minutes and think . . . Once there were two boys . . . They were classmates of ours. They enjoyed doing the same things we did and going to die same places we went. But something was special about these boys . . . God had prepared a special place for them and they were needed to fill that place. They were not allowed to remain on the earth as we, for they were needed elsewhere. When God reached our his hand for theirs, they clasped it tenderly and then joined their Heavenly Father. foreword The STARS and BARS staff of 1962 has tried to make this yearbook a success and one to be enjoyed now and in later years. Together, the pictures and pages of this book will recall many events and many people who were an important part of your life. Here is your 1962 edition of the STARS and BARS. 3 Keep a close watch on the lab this year. 4 Mr. Basnight's athletic freshman girls. What's going on in the shop these days?
