Mr. Bregman is described by many people as: Excellent man to work with . . . Always willing to help people . . . Very Ecology minded . . . Great for a teacher . . . He was one of the nicest persons I met . . . Really gave his all to Chemistry . . . tried hard to relate to the kids . . . Always listened to people's problems . . . A great asset to C.C.C .... Had great plans for Chemistry . . . Always wanting to lend someone a hand . . . Well-respected among both faculty and students alike . . . Always said what was on his mind, and let others say what was on theirs . . . The Administration has started a Scholarship fund in Mr. Bregman's name.
