Cross Country New Jersey State Jr. College Champions Cross Country 1970 The Camden County College cross country team has had their third fconsecutivej undefeated season. Through the run- ning of many hundreds of miles over roads, hills and sand in every kind of weather, this rugged training has provided an- other highly successful season for the Cougar harriers. Through the able coaching of Mr. Dennis Hurley the run- ners have compiled a remarkable 37-0 record under his leader- ship. To this they have added the Garden State Junior College Championship for the second year and have attributed several Invitational Championships to their successes. The prospect of next year's season looks very bright since the top runners were all freshmen this season. Individually the harriers placed their top seven runners on the All Conference Team. lst team - Barry Roberts, Tom Mackin, Steve Martorano, and Bob Cooper. 2nd team - Wayne Merkh, 3rd team - George Shute and Don Smith.
