May I extend the congratulations and best wishes of the Cambridge School Department to the Class of 1986. Your achievement at Cambridge Rindge and Latin School during your four years of study has demonstrated concern for excellence in education and the need to meet personal as well as community oals. s Graduation from high school, a memorable and honorable milestone, does not end your quest for excellence. While you have met the prerequesites for a high school diploma, you must now seek to perfect your skills as you advance through a career and or college. The goal of excellence at work, in academics, and family relationships must be reached and reset in continuing cycles to establish a course allowing you to excell throughout your lives. Good luck in the future. Dr. Robert Peterkin Superintendent of Schools 16 On cademic xcellence t : | The Cambridge Rindge and Latin School has a proud tradition of academic excellence. Excellence should be defined not only in terms of academic achievement, but also in the full realization of your academic potential. The quest for academic excellence has been fostered and nurtured by your high school experience. By stressing the importance of academic excellence your teachers hoped to instill in you a desire to excel, as well as, to provide you with those skil which are needed to meet the challenges of tomorrow. . It is our hope that upon graduating, you will continue to develop and pursue the never ending search for academic | excellence in a manner that best suits you. Edward Sarasin Principal ee Ce
