wie: ' ef ,vu ,. , . ... .45 it L KE CGCHITUATE On June 27th, the class of '85 piled into two busses and headed for the sunny shores of Lake Cochituate. The weather was fair to begin with. Softball and touch football were the sports of the day. The sun came out and we headed for the water. Everyone got wet whether voluntarily or involuntarily. At about 1:00 o'clock some dark clouds started moving in. We thought nothing of this at first, but were suddenly hit with what started out as a shower, then a downpour and finally a hail storm. We ran for the busses and headed for home. By the time we reached Cambridge the rain had stopped and the sun was shining again. ,QI 1 af' iicj.u.s. in-... No one'll dunk me! Dont worry itll pass. 'Q to ' .3 el 1 I l GREAT ADVENTURE, N. . f e v, f r 55, As our Junior year was rolling around to a close, a last minute trip was planned to Great Adventures Amusement Park in Jackson, New Jersey. Great Adventures had been hit by a ' fire that destroyed its funhouse and killed several New York teens. This raised a lot of concern from our parents and people at school. The Class of 1985 was not bothered by this Q and took off for Great Adventures. Early Saturday morning on May 26th, 1984, we met in front of C.R.L.S. and packed into two buses. lt was a long ride and when we reached the park the day was already hot and muggy. We got our tickets and attacked the park. The rides were dynamite and the games challenging. As the afternoon progressed, the skys grew darker and storm clouds could be seen off in the distance. There was a brief shower which was later followed by a storm of pouring rain and thunder claps. Our spirits, however, were not dampened by the weather. After meeting at the bus, we decided that we still had time and returned to the park which now had new refreshing air. We had a great time and the park did live up to its name. .. X ilsi 'Wx e .4 G

Dancing till dawn nas always been a great pastime. Our Junior's neld a Semi-Formal Dance at the Sheraton Commander in Cambridge that could nave lasted till dawn, The attendance at the Semi was impressive and a good time was nad by all tnose in attendance. l ll ll' 1.
