MR. CLEVELAND That name is known to every member of the class of ’35 as belonging to a man who is just, far-sighted, kindly, and inspiring of admiration and veneration. On first real contact with him four years ago, any pre- mature misgivings evaporated; since that contact is inevita- ble in the first days of high school, for many reasons, it was not long before the whole class knew him as he really is. We could not better express our enthusiasm for Mr. Cleveland than to wish for many future classes the honor of affiliation with this fine man, who has so strengthened our purposes and lighted our paths these four years.
