This is the first year we had gotten all Superior and Excellent ratings. We finished with 10 Superior ratings and 14 Excellent ratings. Those receiving Superiors were the Nashby Street Singers; Stage Band; Girl's Triple Trio; Boy's Glee; Mixed Ensemble; Sharon Witte, clarinet solo; ° Scott I lammang. vocal solo; Bob Ginther. vocal solo; Pat Lockenour, vocal solo; Boy's Quartet. The season started out at the Mc- Cook High School Girls Invitational Track meet; Cambridge placed third. The sec- ond meet was the Mid Valley Conference Girls Track meet; Cambridge pulled in second. The third meet was a duel with Arapahoe; they managed to win with a score of 65 to 55. To end the season they went to Districts Class D meet and placed fifth out of sixteen towns.
