SENIOR CLASS H STORy In the year 1946, eight of the senior class members started their journey through the Cambridge schools. They included: Ken Bible, Paul Ellis, Ralph Freeborn, Vivian Johnson, Ron Mouse 1. Chuck Simon, Sandra Stanton, and Howard Stearns. Mrs. Poush was our teacher that year. She turned us over to Mrs. Heiselman for our second year. There we added Donald Dixson and Loren Rogers to our group. Mrs. McLane was our third grade teacher, and it was in that grade that we added Dick Estergard, Jim Foster, Jackie Sayer, Mar- jorie Smith, Karol Taylor, and Dalwin Sayer. We went on to the fourth grade where Mrs. McReynolds taught us and then we moved on to the fifth grade where we added Don Harding and lost Sandra Stanton. Mrs. Bose was our teacher. Then we moved upstairs to the sixth grade where Miss Anderberry was our teacher. From there we made the big stepinto Junior High and into the seventh grade, where we added Wanda Carter, Marie Newcomb, and lost Loren Rogers. Mr. Mitchell and Mrs. Dobbie were our teachers. Then we moved on to the eighth grade where we completed our final year in grade school, with.Mrs. Dobbie and Mrs. Phelps as our teachers. It was there we added Eldon Colson and Larry Jones. Sandra Stanton returned also. We finally arrived at our first year of high school, where we gained Ronald Banzhaf, Ann Easter, George Miller, Bonnie Phelps, and Loren Rogers. The highlights of the year were the freshman mixer and our first high school ban- quets. We traveled on to our sophomore year, where we added Steve Arnold. In our junior year we gave the play Quit Your Kidding, and had Carousel as our Junior-Senior Banquet theme. At last our final year of school arrived and we attended our last school events: The Senior Play, The Junior-Senior Banquet, and sneak day. 5
