The Cambridge Chapter of Future Farmers of Americas was active in district and state judging contests and also had two delegates attend the state conventions. The boys went on many field trips during the year. They had a parents night in December and served barbecued pheasant which they shot on their annual pheasant hunt. They also had a parent and son banquet in the spring. The officers for the year of 55-56 were: President, K. Harsch; Vice- President, L. Kubik; Secretary, J. Allen; Treasurer, G. Avery; Degree Chairman, J. Moore; Song Leader, C. Berres; Pianist, S. Fattig. Throughout the year the Cambridge Chapter has worked toward re- ceiving an Honor Chapter Award. Out standing activities for the year Included participating in National FHA week, giving tray favors to the hospital for holidays, Christmas party, giving to UNESCO, presenting a three-act play, annual FFA-FHA Sweetheart Dance and entertaining the eighth grade girls. 18
