THIRD— We leave, after the payment of all our debts, all property, both public and personal, which includes seats, desks, books, privileges, and honors, to next year’s classes to be used in such a manner as they see lit. We also leave all gum. candy wrappings, peanut hulls, notes, nigger- shooters, etc., which may be found about the assembly or in the halls and which were originally owned by the Seniors to be sold at public auction on condition that the funds be used by the class of '31 to conduct a campaign for the suppression of slang.
