BA The band season began with the Marching Band practicing many hours in the summer. Last summer they performed in ten parades. The highlight of the summer season was the trip to Travese City, Michi- gan. They spent one week in the city. performing two parades. During the school year. the band program is very D busy with numerous concerts: Pop Concerts. Christmas Concert. and Spring Concert. Along with entertaining Cambridge citizens. the Jazz en- semble went to St. Cloud State for a Jazz Festival. This year CHS hosted the Region 7AA South Solo Ensemble Contest.
