These two pages are dedicated to the hot lunch workers, school bus drivers, janitors, and librarians, those who so unselfishly contributed of their time that we, the students, at Cam- bridge High School might be more comfortable. We appreciate their work, and, to thank them ln some small way, dedicate these two pages to them. CLASS HHSTORY In the fall of 1960, thirty-four Freshmen entered Cambridge High School. We were given a Freshman Reception by the Seniors. Glendon Reed left during the year. Our only activity was a food sale. The class officers were as follows: President - Robert Coburn Vice President - Mary Safford Secretary - Barbara Cota Treasurer - Donna Schwarm Returning as Sophomores, there were thirty-one of us. Ianice Reed and Leonard McLean did not return. Paul Pratt and Arthur Tanner left during the year, and Effie La- Count joined our class. Our activities included a Slop Hop and selling name tags. The class officers were as follows: President - Mary Safford Vice President - Dana Sweet Secretary - Sharon Gilbert Treasurer - Linda McNally When we came back as Juniors, there were twenty-eight of us. Sharon Gilbert, Gary Fredrick and Winston Eldred did not return. David Cushing joined our class, and Lloyd Tilton, Berkely Tilton, Effie LaCount and David Cushing left during the year. During our Junior year we had a supper, the Christmas Ball and a very successful Candy Sale. The class officers for the year were as follows: President - Rhoda Manchester Vice President - Donna Kinsley Secretary - Barbara Cota Treasurer - Mary Wells In our last year of high school, there were twenty-five of us. Maefred Machia joined our class. During the year Marjorie Lanpher left us. Our activities included Freshman reception, a cider sale, a candy sale, the Doc Williams show, Mother's Day Barbecue and the Senior Prom. The class officers were as follows: President - Mary Wells Vice President - Dana Sweet Secretary - Mary Safford Treasurer - Joyce Mudgett New teachers in our Freshman year were Miss Millicent Dixon replacing Miss Elaine Gasrow, Mr. Charles Streator replacing Mr. Kenneth Hardy, and Mrs. Thelma Johnston joining the English department. When we returned our Sophomore year, the new teaches were Mn. Raymond Mason replacing Mr. Olin Robbins, Mr. Douglass Morse replacing Mr. Daniel Bova, and Mr. Reid A116511 replacing Mr. Charles Streator. Mr. Wesley Warren replaced Mr. Redi Allen in our Junior year. Miss Sheila Speir, English and social studies teacher, joined the faculty our Senior year. We surely hate to leave C.H.S. , our schoolmates, and teachers, but we will al- ways remember them. ROBERT COBURN DOLLY FISHER LAURA WRIGHT
