This goal never would have been realized had il' nol been for our School Board. a group ol conscienlious cilizens who have worked slu- diously in cooperalion wilh lhe supervising principal. The iar-sighled members of The School Board of lwenly-nine years ago saw The ad- vanlages of a ioinlure. Thus 'rhe Cambria Township School Board and The Ebensburg Borough School Board made an agreemenl lo provide a ioinl high school for The young people of Those dislricls, and The Ebensburg- Cambria Joinl l-ligh School was buill. As The years progressed, There grew a need Tor a larger ioinlure lo include lhe dislricls ol Cambria Township, Ebensburg Borough, and Jaclcson Township. As a resull, in I956, a new ioinlure agreemenl' was compleled, and 'rhe Cenlral Cambria Joinl Schools came inlo exislence.
