The Highlander Foreword We, the Class of 1970, present the following pictorial collection of memories of our senior year. We realize that there may be some events that are not included, but we do hope that there is at least one that will bring you a little memory when you look through it. Probably in years to come clothing and hairstyles will change and we may laugh at how funny we looked. However, the fact that clothing and hairstyles change isn’t important; the most important thing is that we lived through that generation, and our high school years were the best years of our life. So, in the future, wherever and whatever you are, we hope that your education at Cambria Heights helped you to achieve your goals. DANIEL BOBBY Squeek Sorry about that!” says this general student, who likes cars and music; but he dislikes snobs and Fords. Ambition: Undecided. MARY CALLAHAN Mary” This commercial student likes Christmas, being with people, shorthand and danc- ing. Would you believe that she dislikes Monday mornings, nosey people, and rainy days. PATRICIA CHILA Patty” This commercial gal likes good food, dancing, vacations and lots of snow. Getting up early, studying for test, and having to wait are among her dislikes.
