A Tribute FOR MANY YEARS PRESIDENT SCHULTZE HAS SERVED THE INTERESTS OF OUR CHURCH AND COLLEGE IN THE PULPIT, THROUGH HIS WRITINGS, AND IN THE SCHOOL. HE HAS BEEN WITH US IN PERSON NOW FOR ELEVEN YEARS AS OUR PRESIDENT, ENCOURAGING US, GUIDING AND COUNSELLING US, AND ASSISTING US THROUGH THE PERIOD OF EDUCATIONAL GROWTH. THIS YEAR, BECAUSE OF PHYSICAL HANDICAPS, PRESIDENT HENRY SCHULTZE HAS RESIGNED AND NOW TAKES HIS PLACE IN THE HISTORY OF OUR COLLEGE. PRESIDENT SCHULTZE HAS LIVED INTO THE LIVES OF MANY STUDENTS7 HE WILL CONTINUE TO LIVE IN OUR MEMORY. Called To The Colors In this year of iubilee we pause as our thoughts turn to those who have left the college halls during this School year to fight that the free world might not be destroyed. We think particularly of Ray Baas, reported missing in action. We think of those who are now on the fighting front, risking their lives that ours might be saved. We think of those who have recently lefty the sad memories of their departure are still fresh. We think of the many who are yet to be called to the colors. May Almighty God be with them all. For He shall give His angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all fhy ways. Psalm 91:11 . 7
