Hultgen as a member of the faculty. Although numerous de- mands of his large parish might have given him sutlicient reason for dis- continuing his work here, Monsignor Hultgen, showing a deep love and in- terest in Calvert students, again assumed the responsibility of teaching the sophomore girls, religion class. The increasing demands, that were constantly being made upon Dr. Gal- lagher necessitated the appointment of Dr. James F.
