I had personally sought to hire him a year before he came for another position: however, the all-wise Lord shut the door in order that Mr. Roembke might be available for the position of Vice-President of Business which would open in the future. Mr. Roembke has been God's man in just the right place at the right time. His expertise in the purchase and sale of property these last five years has been invaluable. His prior experiences with the Pentagon gave him thorough preparation to negotiate with the various local and government agencies for our lease of a portion of the Richards- Gebaur Airbase. His excellent handling of the finances has enabled us to maintain a balanced budget each year. Many hours of counseling the students is a daily demonstration of his love for God and his desire to serve the Lord and the students.
