Krueger, McCarthy, Nimock, Skalski, Riel Moore, Bollinger, The Kiwiettes are a large group of junior and senior girls who are interested in aviation. Requirements for membership are at least a 'AGT' average, sponsor- ship by another girl who is already a member, and evidence of good sportsmanf ship during the initiation. Part of this initiation is building a model airplane. This presumably indicates her desire to fly. Until Kiwiettes do get their Wings, however, they are keeping their feet nrmly planted on rollerskates. Proceeds from profitable, enjoyable, Kiwiette skating parties help to provide scholarships for those girls who wish to become trained nurses. l24l

C., for the eighth consecutive year, has been ranked in the Honor School class by the War Department of the United States. This is evidence of its excellence, but more appreciable to Calites is the usher service done by the R. O. T. C. at all school assemblies. Organizations within the R. O. T.
