It is a student organization formed for the purpose of enforcing the rules of the school. Cases of dis- order in the halls are brought up before the Council, which passes judgment on the cases and decides the penalties. Mrs. Sanders, who originated the Honor Council, is its able faculty adviser. The Council is composed of twenty seniors chosen by Mrs. Sanders for their high scholarship, their service to Calumet, and their general reputation in the school. The othcers of last semester were Max Fenneman, chairman, and Margaret Blocki, secretary. This semester Ralph Earlandson is the chairman and Helen Nyberg, secretary. The Honor Council is a traditional organization of Calumet and as one group of seniors graduates, another group is ready to take up the reins and carry on the good work of the Council. Eighty-.Yine

Under the present administration the C. R. C. sponsored and managed the Annual Alumni Home- comi-ng, the Christmas Frolic, and the Fathers' Night. The last event was a joint un- dertaking with the C Mens Club. Through the committees, the C. R. C. gave several open socials throughout the year. Members were admitted free to these affairs and also to three swim meets and one basketball game. Several assemblies and pep meetings were given at intervals. Each semester at an assembly the first fourteen IOOW rooms received beautiful pictures as prizes. The annual dinner for the football team was given at the Y. M. C. A. with sixty guests. More than one hundred attended the scholarship dinner in the school cafeteria last January. Both of these dinners were arranged and provided by the Rooters Club. The Business Committee supervised all ticket sales for school productions. The successful Clean-Up parade was directed by the Reception Committee. . . - U.
