Widelski All Conference The Girl’s Basketball team enjoyed a very successful season with a record of 12-6 overall and 4-2 in the con- ference. Senior Michelle Widelski led the Lady Warriors in field goal per- centage and rebounds. Junior Jay Jones was, as Miss Lis stated, “like Robin Hood — she stole from her opponents and gave to her team- mates.” Jay lead the team in steals and assists. Junior Jeannie Robinson led the team in free throw accuracy percentage. Widelski was voted onto the All-Conference team, the sectional team, and the Post-Tribune all-area team. BOYS SWIMMING a: Diver Tom Falk gives it his all as his teammates look on. b: Diver Tom Falk shows his perfect entry into the water at the end of a dive. The boys swim team swam on a lot of pride and determination. Everyone worked hard at his event and never gave up during compe- tition. Bob Cheeseman was awarded the Pride, Hustle and Desire award. Steve Boyles and Cheeseman were given their Four-year letter. Mike Colon was presented with the Most Im- proved Swimmer award, and Brian Wilis was voted the Most Valuable Swimmer. 26 Boys Swimming
