New Coach Arrives Under the new guidance of Coach Gobble, the Calumet Warriors tennis team stabilized a fair season. The netters exemplified a skillful season in which many goals were attained. For example, Senior Rawn Emig qualified for state competition and unfortunately ended up with second place. Next year will be a rebuilding year for the Warrior tennis team due to the loss of many senior tennis players who led the team this year. Senior Rawn Emig had a 43 match winning streak over the last two years. During that two year period he did not lose a single set, he was also undefeated in doubles over the last two years. He was also selected to all-conference team in ’85, ’86 ’87.
