Journeying out to visit fun places If you are like most CHS students, you enjoy being surrounded by friends, good food, and lively, entertaining music. Goi ng out can be costly, but most people do not seem to mine! spending money for amusement. Traveling out into the Nor- thwest Indiana region, seven CHSers made a stop at Mer- rillville’s “Celebration Sta- tion.” The amusement and dining establishment, located on U.S. 30, provided the opportunity for the students to enjoy video games, a mechanical musical show and pizza. Although the restaurant is especially geared for the very young, the CHSers found no dif- ficulty in re-capturing a youthful outlook. Participating in the outing were seniors Lori Jones, Don Neeley, juniors Charlene Avant, Ted Gutierrez, sophomores Diane Flores, Kenny Jones and freshman Jennifer Hamilton.
