In all, an estimated $5 billion was spent for the clinking and beeps on ar- cade games. fitting i “Fittine in” at plays, con- certs ana dances was all a part of Calumet fun. Preparations for the ‘‘big event” included staying after school, getting out of class and the hustle and bustle of last minute arrangement. However, the most fun of all took place when the doors opened for admission, the curtains rose, and the band began to play. This year, CHS students participated in a new event, the election of a “Mr. Foot- ball” was selected from four gridiron finalists, who also acted as homecoming Queen escorts during the halftime festivities. The wide range of activi- ties carried on throughout the school year provided ample opportunity for CHSers to find that special place for ‘‘Fitting in.” S s •X 4 Activities Division
