Bring Thrills To Recipients Leadership, scholarship, character, and personality are the winning quali- ties displayed by the D.A.R. winner and the Girls’ and Boys’ State delegates. Diane Kruse was the 1964-65 Daugh- ters of the American Revolution award winner, chosen by the faculty and by senior students. Boys’ and Girls’ State Delegates, who were sent to Indiana University to attend a seminar on Indiana govern- ment were: Diane Kruse, Elaine Roll, and Kathy Vaneck; Buddy Riegle and Jeff Shadwell. GIRLS’ State Delegates are Elaine Roll, Kathy Vaneck, and Diane Kruse. Boys’ Staters are Jeff Shadwell and Bud Riegle. D.A.R. winner Diane Kruse took part in the Honor Society’s candle-lighting induction. DIANE serves as a lab tech in chemistry class. 19
