It is an institution established for education; it is a building located at 61 1 1 West Ridge Road; it is 1335 students all working together as a team, but it’s even more than that. It is a champion- ship football team, basketball team, cross country team , baseball team, and even pep section. The year was 1964, and it was a good year. And the days, were good days-days when records were broken, trophies were won, pride was increased, and days when memories were made. For the whole stu- dent body, these were happy days, but for the senior class these were special days. This is the year it all began-1960. Four years ago, four hundred frightened and green freshmen stood at the threshold of a new and exciting life. Today, two hundred and eleven still frightened and still green sen- iors await a chance to begin their own lives, each going a separate way. Now and in the years to come, they’ll be looking back on these days. The friends, the good times, the smiles that used to be. They’ll remember, and they’ll smile.. .. and they II long to LINGER AWHILE. 2 -
