FROSH INITIATIGN Af fhe Frosh Inifiafion on Friday, Ocfober 7fI1, 'Ihe sophomores really piled on fhe punishmenf fo fhe amuse- menf of almosf every member of 'rhe sfudenf body -- excepf fhe freshmen. They were very good sporfs, how- ever, and 'rheir performance of fhe assigned sfunfs drew many Iaughs from fhe audience. And if wasn'f only fhe freshmen who suffered: some of fhe ofher sfudenfs were re-inifiafed I ACTIVITIES FROSH RETURN The freshmen deserve credif for fhe second dance of 'I'he school year, fhe Frosh Refurn. If was held Safur- day, Ocfober 22nd, from nine fo fwelve in fhe CHS Gym. Sfudenfs dressed in sporf clofhes and crowded fhe slippery dance floor. The idea of aufumn was emphasized by fhe cenferpiece, an enormous pumpkin surrounded by sfalks of wheaf. This same idea was repeafed on fhe sfage, under fhe words Fresh Re+urn. The class musf have fhoughf fhe ofher sfudenfs exfremely sfupid because fhe place was hung wifh signs direcfing dancers fo wafer froughs, repair rooms, or dark corners. Near fhe place where fhe unlucky sfag parfies saf, were signs read- ing parking Iimif I5 minufes. Everybody gof a big kick ouf of fhe signs.
