The iuniors were found fo be very acfive in sporfs. In foofball, seven members of fhe feam were iuniors, wi+h Ronald Sereni making second sfring All League. ln baskefball, nine of fhe players were iuniors. The boys were acfive in baseball and frack foo. The girls were also very acfive in sporfs, many of fhem being elecfed 'ro fhe All S+ar feams. Two junior girls, Maureen Hembrow and Lynne Bufler, were yell-leaders during fhe foofball season. On fhe firsf Safurday of December, fhe class held a Dungaree Hop which was a huge hif. ln fhe Junior-Senior Play, Books and Crooks, fhe juniors fook an acfive parf on sfage as well as back sfage. lf was discovered fhe Junior Class had some brains. Five members of fhe class were on CSF. Seven members of 'rhe class were in fhe band, five of fhem holding firs+ chair posifions. The Junior Class was well represenfed on fhe Annual S+aff. The officers elecfed for fhe spring semesfer were: Dennis Ames, Presidenf: Richard Kusfer, Vice President Louise Carlenzoli, Secrefary: Norine Sfevens, Treasurer: Jerry Clair, Sergeanf-Af-Arms: Frank Johnson, Represenfafive.
