y I Jw.-1' BNC:- The Ribbon Is Cut! S. S. C. President Vasche, State Senator Donnelly, Assembly Speaker Brown and President of the Fair Board E. B. Leduc cut the symbolic tape, officially opening Stanislaus State College for instruction. Opening day ceremonies followed: the national and state flags were presented and raised over College hall, a message was read from the Governor of California, Edmund G. QPatj Brown and luncheon was served through the courtesy of the Turlock Chamber of Commerce and Turlock Service Clubs. The Turlock Junior Band performed. 7
