INTER-CLUB COUNCIL The Inter-Club Council is made up of one representative from each of the recognized clubs on campus and one representative each from Student Council and Inter-Fraternity Council. The ICC may suggest legislative measures for executive action and cooperates in working on Associated Students activities. Editor Dolores Mahoney has at- tempted to initiate several new features such as presentation of awards for the best short story, essay and poem at the annual publications dinner. There has been improvement in the format and production techniques as well. y ]
