He has also attended Columbia, Arizona and Texas Universities. During his many years in the field of education he has served as high school teacher, principal, and has held several key positions with New Mexico Western College and Chico State College. He is a member of Kappa Delta Pi Honor Society, Phi Delta Kappa and the State Come mittee on College Accreditation. He is past president of the Rotary Club andthe Northern California Educational Research Association.
