' OUTSTANDING EVENTS Blue Key holds its meetings every Mon- day with very few functions outside of these. It is primarily a service organization and does not stress the social aspect. Mem- bership into the fraternity is gained by out- standing leadership in college rather than by high scholarship. Meetings are conducted informally. The motto of the club, Serving, I Live, is carried out at all times. Once a month a business meeting is held. At all others a program is presented under the direction of each member in turn. - Among the guests of the group at meet- ings during the past year were professors from other colleges, business men, and edu- cators from all over California. This is the third year of the Chico Chap- ter of the Blue Key, and the charter mem- bers are proud of the progress made by the group in this brief period. MEMBERS Don Barnes, Dr. Lloyd D.
