OUTSTANDING EVENT The Welcome Party held in Bidwell Hall in September was the outstanding social event on the Y. W. C. A. calendar. The decorations were carried out very effectively in a Japanese theme. A large crowd attended and enjoyed the evening by playing numerous card games.
