The I9S0 Equestrian Team Under the coaching guidance of Mary Jo Stromberg, the 1980 Equestrian team made themselves known to the CLC community. The team competed all year long in Western and English riding competition. Four differ- ent types of competition take place in the matches. Hunters, Jumpers, Tressage and Western. Highlighting the season for the team for a trip to Las Vegas for an Invita tional match with many other schools. Two years ago CLC was rated 1 in their area and it looks like CLC will be headed in that direction again in ' 81. Laura Widdows, Lisa Walen, Kathy Russell, Jill Florimonte and Amy Roieder were the participates. :?! 136
