In our freshman year we had a combination dance and carnival, called Winter Wonderland. Later in the year. we won the Class Day Song Plaque for the first time. Our sophomore selling project was candy, and again a sizable profit was realized. On Class Day we carried off the song plaque for the second time. The first event as juniors was receiving our class rings. Next came our Christmas dance. Rockin' Round the Christmas Tree. Our efforts were then William Cox. James Whiteside. Maureen Reed. Catherine Ball. Audrey Knapp. Mary Harrington. Jenell Johnson. Linda Majors. Edwin Moore. John Wingate Second Row: June Finlayson, Marjorie Barton. Patricia Chiverton. Janice Morrill. Barbara Dolph. M. C. S. will never be the same again because of us. Our magazine campaign went over the top, thus add- ing greatly to our Washington goal. Next came our Senior Ball. another delightful evening. Finally our trip to Washington materializedg and though it will take some time to recover from it. we shall remember this enjoyable event for a long time. Now graduation is almost here. and we face the future hopefully. Good-bye and much success to the following classes at C. M. C. S. 17
