STUDENT COUNCIL The Student Council at Caldwell High School through elected representatives who Work in cooperation with the administration serves as the student governing body. The Student Council is concerned with many areas such as school spirit and morale student conduct and appearance and the appearance of the school building in an effort to improve school life.
