Changes in the faculty and staff made it difficult to draft a directory. The developing student com- munity escaped adequate coverage. Describing the services available to stu- dents was complicated by changes in staffing and in duties . During the challeng- ing and dynamic period the first volume of the STUDENT HANDBOOK was drafted. I sincerely hope it was helpful to you.
