DEDICATION In every college there is one man that is deep in the heart of every student. He is a man who has retained contact with each and every youth that has passed through his instruction, he is a man with whom the stu- dents can be natural, a man who understands men and can be a friend and advisor to men. He is a man that is “as common as an old shoe” yet de- mands respect and dignity through his lack of assumption. There is such a man in this school and it is with the greatest of pleasure tha we dedicate this 1939 El Rodeo to him, HENRY C. FIGGE, Welding Shop and Forge Shop instructor.
