WiTh a 3 - '15 record in 82-83, The preseason polls had The Cowboys sloTTed for IasT place in The San Andreas League. AfTer a sluggish sTarT, The Team caughT fire in The Rubidoux ChrisTmas TournamenT aT UCR and played Their way To The consolaTion final. AT The Turn of The new year, ThaT fire infensified and They remained undefeaTed in boTh league and non- league play. Cajon's forward line was The league's mosT prolific, scoring over 50 goals in The season. Led by all-league candidafes ScoTT Lindsey and Luis Garcia and wingers Vince Wolfs and Kefan Upadhyay, They consisTenTly peneTraTed The defense of Cajon's opponenTs.
