Gonthier Leads Team; Wins League Honors Cajon ' s Water Polo team compiled a 2-8 record to finish fourth in the Citrus Belt League. Senior Gerard Gonthier led the team in scoring and was named Captain and Most Valuable P layer. He was unanimously voted All-CBL First Team honors. Co- Captain Tony Viero, a junior, earned the Cowboy Award and All-CBL Honorable Mention. Robert Marquez won the Most Improved Player award. The Team loses its three top scorers-Gerard Gonthier, Brian MacGregor, Dave Alexander-to graduation. Although these people are leaving, hopes for next season are high.
